The One Insulation that Does It All
No single sort of insulation is the finest for every single application. Electricity specialists from throughout the globe inform us that each kind– cellulose, fiberglass, spray foam, stiff board, or even recycled denim (!)– has its plusses and minuses. But now there’s a product that gets closer to being the one insulation that does it all.
Shot foam has the look and feel of cutting cream as it’s being administered in to wall surfaces, ceiling or roofing tooth cavities. When completely dry, it solidifies into steady, light-weight solid foam.
At R 3.9 per inch, it’s even more reliable compared to fiber insulations, and even as efficient as some costly spray foam and stiff board insulations. Like various other foams, it air-seals as it protects, clogging power reductions in two means.
