Councillor Robert Smith has welcomed news that Power NI is offering free home insulation up the maximum of £800 for loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, hot water tank jacket and four energy bulbs.
“There is some eligibility to meet, but it is a very easy form to complete,” said Mr Smith. “The deadline is November 30.”
